ADOPT A PARK
'Adopt a Park' involves clearing Dr Martin Dobkin Park of litter. Our 5TH cleaning date is scheduled for Sunday, May 9nd, 2010 @ 1 PM. Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to help the environment and meet other like-minded individuals at the same time.
YM has recently adopted Dr. Martin Dobkin Park by Father Gaoetz High School in Mississauga. It contains baseball diamonds, a ravine, a woodlot and so much more! The park gets hundreds of visitors per week. For our contribution, Young Muslims will be honoured with a park stand in our name by the City of Mississauga along with recognition in the Mississauga News.
